These are the General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) that apply to your use of www.tuneinhealing.com (the “Website”) and to all bookings made for sessions offered by Tune In Holistic Healing (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By visiting the Website or booking a session through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
1. About Us

We offer holistic healing and intuitive services including Reiki, crystal healing, Tarot readings, and animal and/or nature communication and healing (the “Services”).
2. Use of Website
2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website or book a session. By using the Website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Booking Process
3.1. Sessions are booked online through the Website by selecting a service, choosing an available time, and completing payment. A booking is confirmed once full payment has been successfully processed.
3.2. Before finalising your booking, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agreed to:
(a) these Terms;
(b) the Client Agreement; and
(c) the Code of Ethics.
3.3. By ticking the mandatory acceptance box, you enter into a binding agreement with us.
3.4.
You must provide accurate personal and contact information when booking. It is your responsibility to ensure we can contact you by email.
4. Payment and Fees
4.1. Prices for Services are displayed on the Website and include VAT (if applicable). Payment must be completed at the time of booking. If payment is not received, your booking cannot be confirmed.
5. Cancellation, Refunds, Rescheduling and Validity
5.1. Because we reserve a specific time slot for your session, the following policy applies:
Cancellation by You:
(a) more than 48 hours before the session: full refund;
(b) 24 – 48 hours before the session: 50% refund;
(c) less than 24 hours before: non-refundable.
5.2. You may reschedule your booking more than 24 hours before the session at no extra cost. Requests submitted later than this are treated as cancellations without refund.
5.3. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened. Failure to attend the session without notice counts as a no-show and is non-refundable.
5.4. Cancellation by Us:
If we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer:
(a) a full refund; or
(b) a free rescheduled appointment.
You may choose either option.
5.5. Refunds are not provided solely on the basis of dissatisfaction with the content of a session.
5.6. Validity of Boookings:
(a) All bookings are valid for a maximum period of three (3) months from the date of the original booking. Sessions must be completed within this period. Bookings may not be postponed indefinitely.
(b) Where a bundle of sessions is purchased, all sessions included in the bundle must be used within three (3) months from the date of the first session booking. Bundle sessions are designed to build on one another and unused sessions remaining after this period will expire without refund.
(c) It is the client’s responsibility to schedule sessions within the applicable validity period. No refunds or extensions will be granted for sessions not used within this timeframe, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Under Dutch and EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
(a) services scheduled for a specific date and time; or
(b) services that are fully performed within the withdrawal period with your consent.
6.2. Because all sessions are booked for a specific date and time and begin only once you explicitly request performance, the statutory withdrawal right does not apply.
6.3. This exception is permitted under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.
7. What to Expect from the Services
7.1. Our Services are holistic, intuitive, and spiritual in nature. They are intended to support wellbeing, reflection, and personal insight.
7.2. Important Disclaimers:
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:
(a) our Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, veterinary, legal, or financial advice;
(b) we do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions;
(c) tarot and intuitive guidance provide insight and reflection, not guaranteed predictions;
(d) energy healing results vary and are not guaranteed; and
(e) animal communication is complementary and does not replace veterinary care.
7.3. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions following the session.
8. Your Responsibilities
8.1. To ensure a meaningful session, you agree to:
(a) arrive on time with an open, respectful approach;
(b) refrain from drugs or alcohol before your session;
(c) ensure your camera is on during online sessions; and
(d) provide accurate information in your Session Questionnaire.
8.2. We reserve the right to decline service if you appear under the influence, behave disrespectfully, or otherwise prevent a safe session environment.
9. Website Use
9.1. You may use the Website only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
(a) use the Website for unlawful purposes;
(b) attempt to access systems without authorisation; or
(c) copy Website content without permission.
9.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and may perform maintenance at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All content on the Website, including text, images, graphics, and materials, is owned by or licensed to us.
10.2. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. To the extent permitted by Dutch law:
(a) our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant session; and
(b) we are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or emotional damages.
11.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
12. Privacy
12.1. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
13. Disclaimer
13.1. Please also read the separate Disclaimer page on our Website. By using the Website and booking a session, you acknowledge and accept the Disclaimer.
14. Applicable Law & Disputes
14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
14.2. In the unlikely event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first seek to resolve the dispute amicably and in good faith through discussion and negotiation.
14.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties may agree to attempt mediation before commencing legal proceedings.
14.4. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation or mediation, or if mediation is not pursued, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
15. Updates to These Terms
15.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
